From Plant Manager to General Manager of Morato France

Sometimes your professional life completely changes direction, opening up possibilities that you had never even imagined. This is what happened to Juliette Rietsch. When she joined Morato Group after working in Quality for years, she assumed her career path was already mapped out. But then everything changed. In a short span of time, she found herself running the Gauchy plant as Plant Manager. She hadn’t expected to be given so much responsibility, and the promotion was a display of confidence that both surprised and encouraged her to aim even higher.

Not long after that, she received an offer that left her speechless. “When I was offered the position of General Manager of Morato France, I felt surprised, happy, excited and proud, in that order. And I confess, I was even a little bit scared.” Juliette Rietsch, General Manager of Morato France, noted, “It was, without a doubt, a turning point in my career and a challenge so exciting that the only thing I could do was enthusiastically accept.”

Juliette took the position, knowing that she would have to learn, grow and listen. She understands that leadership is about staying in tune with people, communicating transparently and always acting in line with your values.

And this is the spirit with which she leads her team and mentors the young women who aspire to management positions. Her message to women is: “Go for it. Don’t be afraid to apply for leadership roles! When talent finds a place that believes in people, there are real opportunities.”

Now Juliette is looking ahead with determination. Her goal is to continue elevating the people who work with her as she contributes to the development of a bold, dynamic group intent on exploring new directions.

Hers is a story of trust, growth and opportunities, one of the many stories that take shape at Morato Group every day through the people who live

them.
