Safety and certifications
Our plants, exclusively dedicated to the production of gluten-free products, meet the highest international quality and food safety standards and are BRC and IFS certified.
Our production processes also undergo routine inspections by:
- AIC (the Italian Celiac Association) – the Spiga Barrata logo
- Ellefree Srl – Lfree Lactose Free certification
