We got BITS from Confindustria

Young talents are the future of every company. This is why we at Morato Group keep a channel always open with local training centres, in a valuable exchange between company and school.

For some time we have been collaborating with technical institutes through projects that aim to develop soft skills and consolidate hard skills. We are therefore proud to have received the BITS (Bollino Impresa in ITS) from Confindustria, which attests to our commitment to training the new generations and spreading technical culture.

The doors of our plants are in fact always open, and as part of the ‘Trades and the Future’ initiative we host students from schools, technical and professional institutes in the area on a monthly basis, supporting their training and contributing to the construction of a more solid, aware and future-oriented entrepreneurial ecosystem.

We have also strengthened our partnership with the ITS Academy in the area, in particular theITS Agro-food Veneto, structuring an entire training module, lasting 36 hours, within a specialisation course aimed at over twenty boys and girls. Some of our managers will take on the role of teachers, as well as accompanying the class on visits to our production plants.

Lastly, we financed the 5th edition of the Food Issue project, the contest organised by theI.I.S. Scappi of Castel San Pietro Terme, which allowed the young professionals of tomorrow to step into the work perspective by creating an inclusive, sustainable street food capable of reinterpreting the rich Italian tradition, starting with the products of our Morato and Nutri Free brands.

In short, returning to the classroom is a commitment that involves all our corporate functions. It is a constant search for stimuli and comparisons, an openness towards new generations and ideas capable of shaping our future.

Because when classroom teaching is combined with the study of concrete business cases, the result is always a winner.
