ProFree, the new line of gluten-free bakery mixes for out-of-home professionals
Nutrifree continues its work alongside professionals to make the out-of-home universe even more inclusive. Our partnership with CAST Alimenti, a top cooking school in Italy, has given the brand clear insight into the needs of breadmaking professionals with respect to free-from food.
After conducting important research and studies with specialists, Nutrifree presents ProFree, its new line of well-balanced gluten-free bakery mixes for professionals.
ProFree was created with a recipe update and visual restyle of the Nutrifree Professional mix and flour line, and already encompasses eight different mixes, including two new and important formulations: the “Aries” mix is perfect for brioches, croissants and puff pastry, while “Lyra” is a perfectly-balanced mix for special breads and long-leavened cakes. All the mixes are sold in 15-kg bags designed for easy handling. This size limits product waste and means professionals can stock a larger number of different mixes, filling their display cases with a wider selection of baked goods.
Our partnership with CAST has been crucial to gaining an in-depth understanding of industry needs and translating them into real products in the ProFree range and the training courses that complement it, which we believe brings excellent value added to professionals.
And, in a sector where packaging is increasingly functional and aesthetically appealing, ProFree has a new look too, featuring visuals that convey the brand and product value and a clean, clear label that highlights its quality.
