Our journey

First, we gathered the perceptions of people within the organization, then we created a dedicated governance model and had it certified. These are the steps we’ve taken on a path to a fairer, more welcoming workplace for all.

All our Italian companies have received PDR 125:2022 certification

Gender equality

Through the Road to Gender Equality program, we have received PDR 125:2022 gender equality certification. We now have a Steering Committee for gender equality committed to guaranteeing a workplace in which men and women have access to the same career and development opportunities.

Our inclusion projects

If we are going to build a more inclusive and responsible society, everyone must be committed, and we must be able to put ourselves in others’ shoes, accept our differences and truly see them as assets. This is the spirit with which we support a host of social responsibility projects, in which we actively collaborate with communities and local areas.
